Our lead times to complete orders for our various category Products and Services are as follows:
- Astrology - 10 working days
- Energy - 10 working days
- Supplements - 5 working days
- Spiritual Energetics Coaching - 5 working days
- Spiritual Toning Coaching - 5 working days
Scheduling
You should take into account the lead times for delivery before scheduling an appointment for consultation or coaching on your order. Please note that we have to request date/time of birth and location at birth information in order for us to complete our analyses and interpretations for all of our Products and Services.
Refunds
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order we will refund you the full purchase price via PayPal. The reason for this is that once we receive your order we have to commence with analyses and interpretations to meet our indicated lead times for delivery.
Their are no Refunds applicable under any circumstances whatsoever once you have attended your scheduled Consultation or Coaching session. Any reports or documents or reference materials and the like associated with your order will be emailed to you following your initial Consultation or Coaching session.
